morning walk

  • lizzy and i had our morning walk,
  • the usual before she has her breakfast,
  • we practiced peak 8,
  • walk fast for 30 seconds,
  • walk regular for 90 seconds,
  • repeat for a cycle of 8 times,
  • begin with one peak 8 a week,
  • over time, will progress to 2 times a week
  • final goal is 3 times a week.
  • lizzy kept pace with me.
  • good girl, lizzy !
