lizzy and i are going on an adventure, auto amtrak train from lorton, virgina to sanford, florida.

the first picture is lizzy resting, she has the entire back seat to her self.

the third picture is lizzy’s sleeping quarters, the entire floor in front of me. we are in the accessible seating.

tried to make it comfortable for her as possible, her towel and sheet.

  1. That’s great! I just went from IL to AR via Amtrak myself, with Buster of course, and we did great, a 13 hour ride for us. No problems whatsoever with fellow passengers or any of the fabulous Amtrak staff or crew. We return this coming weekend, hoping it’s just as smooth.

    • wonderful news, yes amtrak crew members are wonderful. do they provide station stops. from va to fl, only one stop, nc for about 15 minutes around midnight.. would you know it. lizzy was being choosey on your bathroom break. go figure, a girl with a strong mind. have a good time on your return.
