Since Sunday, 5June we have rains, thunder and lightning from tropical storm Collin. The grounds are saturated with the sheer volume of rains, soil is not capable of retaining the waters.
Once again we have ponds front and back of our home here in Florida.
The city blames the former bulider, General Development Corporation, for the drainage issues affecting our city. In reality the city is not enforcing the state reregulations for land grading towards the easement and swales which if drains into the culverts.
This may be an up hill battle. In meantime we will continue doing our best for survival.
